Paper& Tea, Berlin, May 2014 to March 2016

District Retail Manager

• Head of all operations for P&T´s two retail locations, Berlin Mitte and Berlin Charlottenburg.

• Responsible for whole visual image and ambiance of both locations. From window displays to in-store playlists. Ensured associates promoted high level customer service at all times through mentoring and training.

• Actively searched out new opportunities for partnerships and recently set up partnerships with Aseop, LA Cold Press, Our Berlin Vodka and Mykita Sunglasses along with others.

• Developed new products lines and worked with Buying Department to suggest new suppliers, such as Lineatura notes books.

Frau Tonis Parfum, Berlin, December 2013 - May 2014

PR and Reselling, Frau Tonis Parfum (short term project) 

• Frau Tonis product samples to major retail stores across US and UK including Liberty of London, Fortnum and Mason and ABC New York. Secured partnership with Das Stue Hotel.

• Secured features for Frau Tonis Parfum in Wallpaper* and Cosmopolitan.

• Developed new product lines like New York box-set and Roaring Twenties box set.

Whole Foods Market, New York August 2012- November- 2013

Floral Department Manager and Buyer

• Oversaw the daily running of the floral department, including the processing of time sensitive shipments, maintaining sales floor and products to high standards. Scheduling and training staff. Organizing and executing custom orders for large-scale events.

• Kept track of inventory, purchased stock based on projected seasonal sales trends and introduced new products.

• Re-purposed old stock to make new products like “Old English Luck Charms” and “Cactus in a Jar” which became high selling products with strong profit margins.
